August 16 2008 Dam#4 on the potomac river , Big Slack Water and a full moon fishing tournament. The bite was good until the moon popped over the tree tops. Then you had to fine a place where the moon light wasn't. Is was like fishing on a sunny day no need for lights in this one. With the start time for this one for 7 pm is was great to see so many teams there way before the start. by 4:30 a few teams was there and many came in soon after . By 5:30 30 teams was there talking and sharing info with others. It was great to see anglers passing along info to the teams that was on this part of the river for the first time. This is what makes us stand out as an Orgazination not just a tournament. Seems that all the teams who made the run up river into the shallows found some nice fish. but most of all everyone seem to be happy after the weigh in. And many of them was looking to see when & where the next one would be at.
