Maryland Chapter

Fort Washington on the Potomac river was the site for
the 3rd Maryland chapter tournament for 2009. Just a
great day for fishing Air temps right around 50 to start
and into the low 70's by days end. Water temps seem to
run from 38 to 42 for most of the river and the bite was
on. Lots of nice fish came to the scales with with the
biggest fish of 57.8 lots of 40's and 30's as well. We would
also like to welcome the 5 newest members Ed WelchPaul
Etezel, Preston & Larry Ferguson and Jamie kayhoe. We
had a few first timers on the river as well as the
tournament and we hope you enjoyed your day of fishing
and the weigh in show as well.
