All participants have read and understand the 2010 Big Cat Round-Up rules and regulations, and agree to abide by these rules and regulations and any decisions made by tournament officials. NO refunds!! Tournament entry fees may be transferred to next years event with a notice of at least 48 hours. All boats will take-off in the order of event sign-up. EARLY ENTRY = EARLY TAKE-OFF Pre-registration must be received at least 10 days before the event. After that you may only enter at the event site paying with cash only!! I have completed the application and are paying the entry fee . In signing this application, I hereby waive and release all other contestants, host, sponsors, tournament officials , Tim Hagan Outdoors and the Catfish Nation from all claims, injuries, and/ or damages incurred in connection with any tournament. I acknowledge that my personal safety and the safety of my property is my sole responsibility. I further understand and agree that tournament officials reserve the right to refund the entry fee if they choose for any reason not to accept my application. I agree to undergo polygraph/urine/blood test if requested. I hereby agree that should I fail said test I will forfeit any and all prizes, this being a contractual agreement to pass said test.
