April 11 2009 Potomac River Aquia Tournament. This was a 5 fish tour with only 1 blue allowed. Overnite rain and a bad weather forcast kept some from coming out to fish this Tour. At launch the weather was not to bad. lite rain and calm winds allowed most to get on the main river in pursuit of their big blue. The weather turned within 2 hours and forced most back into the creeks. Even with the bad weather, there were still a lot of fish caught.
