west virginia northeast chapter

The Chapter got it's first tournament off to a cold start with air temps
down around 18 to 20 degree. But it didn't stop 13 teams from kicking for
the tournament trail, And showing up with some very nice channel cats for
the upper Potomac and some very nice weights for 5 fish.
